How much can I earn?
You set your own prices per subject and lesson type. Tutors on MasomoCare typically charge between KES 500 and KES 2,500 per session depending on subject, level, and experience. The platform takes a 15% commission on each completed booking.
What subjects can I teach?
You can offer any subject listed in our curriculum database, from primary school maths to A level chemistry, languages, music, and coding. You can teach across multiple subjects and grade levels.
Do I need formal qualifications?
You need at least a relevant diploma, degree, or teaching certificate for the subjects you want to offer. Our verification team reviews your credentials before your profile goes live.
How do I get paid?
Parents pay into escrow when they book. Funds are released to your wallet after the lesson is completed and the parent submits their review. You can then request a payout to your mobile money or bank account.
